AIO Global Media, LLC/dba VireTV hereinafter referred to as (“VireTV”, “we” or “us”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIO Global Media Group, LLC a Belize Corporation.

PLEASE READ THIS “TERMS OF USE” POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR VIRETV ACCOUNT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT CREATE AN VIRETV ACCOUNT.

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, OR UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR COUNTRY, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SIGN-UP WITH VIRETV OR TO PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Overview
​
An online profile and billing account with VireTV (“VireTV Account”) is required to utilize an VireTV Internet Access Portal. An VireTV Internet Access Portal simplifies your access to existing 3rd Party Stream Providers international content which includes Live TV channels and video-on-demand Movies and Shows. After your VireTV Account is created, you may login and use an VireTV Internet Access Portal either by utilizing our website or by installation on some device such as smartphone, tablet, smart TV or TV box.

These Terms of Use relating to your account ("Account Terms") govern your VireTV Account, your use of VireTV website and use of any VireTV Internet Access Portal. If you choose to access any movies, television shows, music and/or other audio or visual materials (collectively, "Entertainment") accessible within an VireTV Internet Access Portal, you may need to also agree to the terms of service of the providers whose Entertainment you choose to access. The terms of service of such content providers may impose additional requirements or provide them the right to cancel or suspend their service to you.
 
As used herein, "VireTV Service" ("the service" or "our service") means service provided by VireTV for simplifying access to existing over-the-internet television streaming Entertainment, including all features and functionalities of the various user interfaces associated with the service. "Channel" means an individually identifiable segment of the Live TV stream of a 3rd Party Stream Provider. “Content Streamer” means a 3rd Party Stream Provider. "Content Provider" means a provider of Entertainment. As per our knowledge, all channels provided by 3rd Party Stream Providers abide by all relevant countries copyright laws.

These Account Terms May Change
​
VireTV may need to make changes to these Account Terms from time to time and therefore may amend the Account Terms at its discretion. Any such amendments will be effective immediately once posted within the website or where found by various links to “Terms of Use”. VireTV may inform you via Email that the Account Terms have changed, if deemed significant, as decided by VireTV. When establishing your VireTV Account you agree to keep your contact information up-to-date, so we would send the Email to your Email address on record. If you continue to use VireTV Services after any changes of Account Terms that will mean you agree to the amended terms.

You Agree to These VireTV Account Terms
​
When you set up an VireTV Account or use the VireTV Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Account Terms. For residents of the European Union, by creating or using your VireTV Account you are waiving your right to withdraw. Of course, you can stop using your VireTV Account or Service at any time and anyone can cancel their subscription at any time.

Establishing an VireTV Account
​
To establish an VireTV Account you will need to supply your credit card number or other payment account number and your billing address among other information (“Personal Financial Information”). We may use and disclose any Personal Financial Information you disclose, including, but not limited to, providing such information to third parties for the purposes of order fulfillment and payment processing. You also understand and acknowledge that VireTV may use a third-party payment processor to process credit card payments on its behalf, and when you supply Personal Financial Information in connection with VireTV, you agree that VireTV is not responsible for the security of such information when it is in the control of a third-party payment processor.

You agree that all Personal Financial Information or other information you provide to us will be 
(a) accurate, complete, and current; (b) promptly updated anytime there is a change; and (c) your own information and not that of another person. And you agree that you will only use payment instruments that you are legally entitled to use. If you provide any information that is untrue, incomplete or inaccurate, or we have reason to suspect that such information is untrue, incomplete or inaccurate, we retain the right to suspend or terminate any VireTV Account you establish and/or to refuse any or all current or future use of the VireTV Account.

Protect Your Account Information.
​
Do not reveal your VireTV Account information to anyone. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your VireTV Account, login ID and password. Also you are responsible for all activities that occur on or through your VireTV Account. You agree to immediately notify VireTV of any unauthorized use of your VireTV Account, or of any security breach relating to your VireTV Account. You agree that VireTV will not be responsible for any losses arising out of any unauthorized use of your VireTV Account.

Privacy and Use of Data Policy.
​
You should review this policy before you create an VireTV Account or use any VireTV Services. Creating an VireTV Account means you are bound by these Account Terms and that you have read, understood and agree to the collection, transmission, use and disclosure of your information or data as described in this Policy. If deemed necessary by VireTV, this Policy may change without notice, so you should check it from time to time.

Fees and Charges.
​
The subscription fee required to utilize VireTV Internet Access Portals will be charged to your payment method on file (credit card number or other account number) on a monthly recurring basis. “Billing” as used herein will represent either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your payment method. Also, for some of the Entertainment, you may be required to maintain a valid and active account in good standing with one or more Content Providers. You must adhere to these Account Terms and to the terms of service of any Content Provider whose Entertainment you choose to access. For your convenience, your VireTV Account can provide a summary of monthly charges processed by VireTV.

Sales Tax.
​
Your purchases may be subject to sales tax. The amount of tax charged on your purchase will depend upon many factors, including the subscription purchased and the applicable tax rate in effect at the time of your purchase.
​
If you are using an VireTV Account created within the EU Territories, then the prices shown on the purchase screen will include all applicable sales tax (VAT). If an item you purchased is subject to sales tax (VAT) it will be included as a part of the purchase price on the email invoice for that purchase.
​
If you are using an VireTV Account created outside of the EU Territories, the sales tax may not be included in the prices shown on the purchase screen but could be reflected on the email invoice for that purchase. Factors could change between placing your order and the credit card authorization, which could affect calculating the sales tax.

Cancellations and Subscription Renewals
​
All subscriptions will require a successfully processed payment on or before the appropriate billing due date in order for services to continue uninterrupted. If payment fails to process successfully, your subscription will be subject to termination. You will need to resubscribe in order to reactivate your subscription. Your monthly subscription will renew each month automatically until canceled by you or otherwise canceled or suspended pursuant to these Terms. If your subscription began on a date not in a given month, your payment will be billed on the last day of such month. If you have selected a monthly subscription it will automatically renew at one month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty from the Customer Account under the Subscriptions tab, by selecting the Cancel option and confirming "Yes" to proceed with your subscription cancellation. Additionally, you may cancel your subscription by submitting a Support Ticket form at www.viretv.com/support, and selecting the Cancel option under the "Select Trouble" dropdown menu. 

Because VireTV is an international product that spans many time zones, a “day” for the purposes of these Terms is from 12:00 am until 11:59 pm Central Standard Time (CST) of that same calendar day. Central Standard Time is GMT-6:00 and is GMT-5:00 during daylight savings time. To cancel your subscription before its automatic renewal the cancellation notice must be received 24 hours before the date and time of your renewal. If your subscription is canceled part-way through the subscription period, the subscription will end at the end of the subscription period. Your VireTV functions will still operate until the end of the subscription period and fees for the remainder of the subscription period will not be refunded.

Refund and Credit Policy
​
VireTV has a 7-day money back guarantee. This money back guarantee applies only to the first 7 days of the first month of your VireTV subscription. Beyond the 7-day money back guarantee any refund requests for subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of VireTV. All refunds will be credited to the payment method from which the payment was charged. In the event of a refund it could take 1 to 5 days for the refund to show up on the user’s payment account.

You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the VireTV Account, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your transactions.

Referral Program Policy
 
When you refer a friend, family member, or colleague to our service, you will receive a recurring monthly credit of $2.50 per Referral applied to your monthly subscription. The credit will remain on the Account for as long as your Referral's subscription remains active. The credit is only applicable to family, friends, and acquaintances associated with the owner of the VireTV Account and will not apply to subscriptions acquired from social media, advertisements, or through any means other than “word-of-mouth”. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of any VireTV Account that you establish and/or to refuse any or all current or future use of the VireTV Account and denial of service for the Referral.
 
A valid Referrer Name & Referrer Email must be provided at sign up. The Referral's Name and Email are the name and email address on file with the VireTV Account in which the Referrer is linked. After application of both the Referrer Name and the Referrer Email, the referred account will then go through an approval/denial process. If a referred account has been denied service, any payment made will be refunded, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy outlined in this Terms of Service. If a Referral is approved, a Referral Credit will apply to the upcoming invoice of the VireTV Account in which the Referrer name and email is linked.
 
If you have not received your credit for a referral, send a Support Ticket at www.viretv.com/support with “Referral Program” as the Trouble type. Provide details of the missing Referral Credit in the Description, including the full name of the Referral. We will reply to the email with an approval or denial of the referral. If approved, the credit will apply to the upcoming invoice.
 
Referral Credits can be stacked until the accounts' monthly invoice reaches $0. Any new referral credits after an invoice reaches a $0 balance will not be applied to an account. Credits will not rollover to the next invoice or go into a negative balance. If a subscriber has multiple subscriptions, the Referral Credit will apply to only 1 subscription until that subscription reaches a $0 balance. Additional Referral Credits will apply to the next subscription under the Account until that subscription reaches a $0 balance. If a VireTV Account has been refunded or canceled, any applied referral credit from the Referral will be removed from the Referrer's invoice. If the invoice has been processed prior to the credit removal, this will constitute a negative referral credit, which will be deducted from future applicable credits. Monthly Referral Credits will only apply to Monthly Accounts. If A Referrer has a Quarterly or Yearly plan, the Referral Credits will only apply to the billing invoice and will not be applied per month in a billing period.
 
If your subscription or your Referrals subscription is cancelled, the Referral Credits will also cancel. If you or your Referral reactivate your subscriptions at a later date, the referral credits will not be reapplied to the Account. To prevent this and retain your Referral Credits, we recommend that you contact our Support Team at info@viretv.com or submit a Ticket at www.viretv.com/support and request your subscription be placed on Pause. We will pause your subscription for up to a year. You may contact us at any time within that period to reinstate service with any applicable Referral Credits in tact. Your subscription will automatically cancel after a year on Pause.
 
Any abusive, malicious, or unscrupulous activity of a VireTV Account, will result in the suspension or termination of any VireTV Account that you establish and/or to refuse any or all current or future use of the VireTV Account. We reserve the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
 
Referral Credit: $2.50 recurring credit / per referral. (11/30/2023 Subject to change anytime.)

VireTV Portals; Channel Availability, Entertainment and Content Subjectivity
​
Our VireTV Internet Access Portals and the Entertainment viewed through our VireTV Internet Access Portals are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such Entertainment is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and is subject to the terms of use of each pertinent Content Provider. These Terms of Use do not grant you the right to distribute, copy or publicly display such Entertainment. Any rights in the Entertainment not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Content Provider. You may not facilitate or engage in unauthorized access to, or use of the Entertainment.

You only have access to Channels and Entertainment that have been authorized for the country relating to your established VireTV Account, and such Channels and Entertainment will vary by geographic location or country. Some Content Providers use specific technologies to verify your geographic location, and you may not be able to access any Entertainment outside of the country or location authorized by VireTV or such Content Providers. You acknowledge that the display quality of the Entertainment being streamed to your device may vary from television to television, and may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to your Internet speed, location and device. From time to time, VireTV may temporarily suspend your account access through our Portals or websites for repairs and maintenance. Access to Entertainment through the VireTV Internet Access Portals, of course, requires Internet connectivity. Depending on your contract with your Internet provider, you may incur additional data charges from your Internet provider when you access the VireTV website or the VireTV Internet Access Portals.

VireTV does not own, host, manage, store or stream content, therefore from time to time Entertainment, Content Providers and/or Channels may be added or removed without notice to you or VireTV. Content Providers may also add or remove Entertainment in their Channels from time to time without notice to you or VireTV. VireTV reserves the right to suspend, restrict or remove any Entertainment and/or Channel if VireTV has reason to believe that any device utilized to access your VireTV Account is compromised, hacked or stolen, or that the Channel or content violates any law, is unauthorized or improperly licensed, or has been offered by a Content Provider in violation of an agreement between VireTV and a content provider. If VireTV believes that illegal or fraudulent activity has occurred it may place an account on hold and/or suspend or even terminate the account.

Because there are varying reactions to content, among different people, you might encounter content that you find offensive, explicit, objectionable or indecent. Our content genres, categories and descriptions are provided to help with navigating the available entertainment, but VireTV does not guarantee that you will agree with them. By using VireTV you acknowledge these risks.
​
Age Restrictions
​
You acknowledge your responsibility to ensure that age-restricted Entertainment or content is not viewed by any person not meeting the appropriate age limits specified by law or regulation or specified by the Content Provider.
​
Software Updates
​
VireTV reserves the right to AUTOMATICALLY update the VireTV websites or VireTV Internet Access Portals. Automatic updates may include change, removal or addition to user interface, content access, bug fixes, functionalities or features. You understand and accept that these updates may happen automatically at any time and that they cannot be disabled by You. You acknowledge that these updates are necessary for VireTV to either maintain compatibility with various devices, and/or to aid in security, and/or to promote product evolution. Your use of the VireTV websites or VireTV Internet Access Portals demonstrates your agreement to receive such updates.

Voice Search
​
If you link a device that supports voice search to your VireTV Account you agree that VireTV and/or a third-party vendor contracted by VireTV has your consent to record, process and store your voice inputs as either audio or text or both. This voice input data, including other information pertinent to your specific device, may be used to improve the accuracy of voice input.

Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation on Liability
​
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
​
(A) THE VireTV ACCOUNT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VireTV DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT THE VireTV WEBSITES, VireTV INTERNET ACCESS PORTALS OR THE USE OF AN VireTV ACCOUNT WILL BE: (I) UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, VIRUS-FREE OR ERROR-FREE, OR (II) FREE FROM ATTACK OR SECURITY INTRUSION;

(B) IN NO EVENT SHALL VireTV, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE VireTV WEBSITES, VireTV INTERNET ACCESS PORTALS OR VireTV ACCOUNT; AND
​
(C) YOU AGREE THAT THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF VireTV, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES UNDER THESE ACCOUNT TERMS, INCLUDING LIABILITY RELATING TO THE VireTV WEBSITES, VireTV INTERNET ACCESS PORTALS, YOUR VireTV ACCOUNT, YOUR INFORMATION AND ALL DEVICES LINKED TO YOUR VireTV ACCOUNT, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR ALL OF THE DEVICES LINKED TO YOUR VireTV ACCOUNT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF THE REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND EVEN IF VireTV ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain warranties or limitations of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations in this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms of use shall affect any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Choice of Law; Dispute Resolution
​
A. If you are a consumer and a resident of any Authorized EU Territory, these Account Terms do not apply to you.
​
B. In all other cases, including if you are a resident of the United States (and its possessions and territories), Mexico or Canada, you agree that these Account Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belize without regard to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction; and:
​
1. You and VireTV agree to be bound by the procedures set forth below to resolve any and all claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of these Account Terms, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, including but not limited to, claims related to (a) advertising and promotions conducted by or for VireTV, (b) the devices that you choose to link to your VireTV Account, (c) VireTV websites, (d) the VireTV Internet Access Portals, (e) your VireTV Account, (f) your use of any of the foregoing, and/or (g) your information. Each such claim is referred to individually as "Claim" and collectively as "Claims".

2. You and VireTV agree that, except for the claims identified in paragraph 4 of this section below, any and all CLAIMS shall be finally settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Belize and shall be administered by a duly authorized arbitrator selected by VireTV utilizing current rules for Consumer-Related Disputes. Please be aware there is no judge or jury in arbitration. Arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than the rules applicable in court, and review of the arbitrator's decision by a court is limited. YOU AND VIRETV FURTHER AGREE THAT EACH OF YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claim and may not preside over any consolidated, representative or class proceeding. Also, the arbitrator may award relief (including monetary, injunctive or declaratory relief) only on an individual basis and may not award any form of consolidated, representative or class-wide relief. Notwithstanding any provision in these terms to the contrary, if the class-action waiver in this provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, or if an arbitration is allowed to proceed on a class basis, then neither you nor VireTV are entitled to arbitrate the Claims. This arbitration provision is subject to Belize arbitration law. The arbitrator's award shall be binding on you and VireTV, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

3. This agreement to arbitrate does not apply to any Claim (a) in which a party is attempting to protect its intellectual property rights (such as its patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights, but not including its privacy or publicity rights), or (b) that may be brought in small-claims court.
​
4. If the agreement to arbitrate in this provision is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable to a given Claim, then any and all proceedings to resolve such Claim must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the country of Belize. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

5. 30-Day Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by sending a written notice of your decision to opt out to the following address: Legal Department, VireTV, Corner Hutson & Eye St, Belize City, Belize; provided that such notice must be postmarked on or before the 30th day after the date you create your VireTV Account if you do not already have one. If you have an existing VireTV Account, all devices you choose to link to your VireTV Account, and all VireTV Services accessed using these devices, will be subject to this agreement to arbitrate. Your notice should include your full name, your current postal address, telephone number and email address, the product name and serial number of your particular device, and a copy of the original proof of purchase for your particular device. If you timely send a notice in compliance with this paragraph 5, the agreement to arbitrate will not apply to either you or VireTV. If you do not timely send this notice, then you agree to be bound by this agreement to arbitrate.

6. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, you agree that, if VireTV seeks to delete or materially modify the agreement to arbitrate described herein, any such deletion or modification will not apply to any individual Claim of which you have notified VireTV prior to such modification.

Advertising and Promotional Messages
​
VireTV and the Content Providers may deliver and display advertising and promotional messages to you via the VireTV websites and VireTV Internet Access Portals. Any interaction, transaction or agreement you have with third parties as a result of the advertising and promotional messages displayed to you are entirely between you and such third parties. VireTV is not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries arising from your interactions with such third parties.

Miscellaneous
​
These Account Terms are between you and VireTV. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Account Terms to another person if VireTV agrees in writing. VireTV may transfer its rights and obligations under these Account Terms to another organization. No other person shall have any rights to enforce these terms. Each of the paragraphs of these Account Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If VireTV fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Account Terms, or if VireTV does not enforce its rights against you, or if VireTV delays in doing so, that will not mean that VireTV has waived its rights against you, or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If VireTV does waive a default by you, VireTV will only do so in writing, but that will not mean that VireTV will automatically waive any later default by you.
