To enhance service quality and streamline billing and support, VireTV operations are transitioning to our trusted partner platform, Customer Portal TV.

What This Means for You:

  • ✅ Your service will continue without changes

  • ✅ Your invoice due dates will remain the same

 

Customer Portal TV is an official VireTV partner providing the same service, with platform enhancements designed to improve reliability and support experience.

Your New Account Details

Your account has already been set up in the Customer Portal TV dashboard.

  • You should have received a temporary password to access the Customer Portal TV Account Manager. Your Username is your email.

​

For security purposes, you will need to complete a password reset upon first login.

​

First Login Instructions:

  1. Visit the Customer Portal TV website.

  2. Log in using your email address as your username.

  3. Use the temporary password provided in your email.

  4. Navigate to My Account > Security > Change Password (or click, https://watch.customerportal.tv/account/security) and perform a Change Password action to create your new secure password.

Action Required – Update Payment Information

For security and compliance reasons, payment methods cannot be transferred automatically. To avoid any interruption in service, please update your payment information as soon as possible at: https://watch.customerportal.tv/billing/payment-methods

​

Once your payment method is updated, your service will continue seamlessly under the Customer Portal TV system.

Billing & Support

All billing and support requests will now be handled directly by Customer Portal TV.
